Power detectors (bandpass) are often used in bi-cmos process to detect energy of interested bands.

However, I feel it is difficult to implement a high-speed (high-frequency) power detector in CMOS technology.

Do you guys have any idea of doing that effectively in deep submicron technology? Any reference?
