Hello,

I have problem to determine the values of Vref+ and Vref-.See attachment. Hopefully somebody give me a help. Thanks in advanced

Vref+ and Vref- are the supply voltage of this resistor ladder. Vref1...Vref11 is the generated reference voltages as input for my folding amplifier. I did read an example where Vref+ is 1.3 and Vref- is 0.7 but there is no exact method shown. The problem now is, to determine Vref is quite tough. Thx
