Schottky won't work
Aug 19th, 2009, 5:11am

I am trying to understand the usage of Schottkys. So based on some example I set up a basic experiment in spice. I was wondering if anyone could feedback on my confusion. I was hoping to observe square and linear law characteristics but I observed neither.
Please see the attached summary in excel with a simple schematic diagram. I didn't fill up the entire excel sheet because I think I was getting garbage already.
Thanks

AC analysis is small signal. Not going to work here. Try looking at DC sweeps or transient analysis.
