Hi,

Given a blank schematic, I hope your foundry is providing you with a Spectre View for your standar cells ! the 'spectre' view is in the stop list by default. Provided you have a spectre view for say your 'inv', the spice netlist should include a subckt called 'inv' that defines your inverter with a nmos/pmos whose model names have to be defined in one of your model cards as well !

Cheers,
Riad.
