The whole block diagram is USB transceiver is given below. I want to model only Encoder using verilogA code. Please provide proper code.

And also NRZI code example has given below as,

if '1' bit comes then transistion will happen, otherwise if '0' bit comes no transistion simply it follws the previous data.
