dummy poly resistance (Read 2317 times)

Dipankar Community Member Offline Posts: 59	dummy poly resistance Dec 11^th, 2009, 6:23am Dear All, Need to put dummy resistors around the regular ones . I am using rppolywo. Should it be connected to VDD or gnd ? I think rppolywo should be connected to VDD (rnploy should have benn connected to ground) still not sure. Can somebody throw some insights ?

I usually connect them to one of nodes from the active resistor string. Cheers Tosei
