linearity and DC_lo
Dec 24th, 2009, 11:41pm

Hi guys:
When I design a current driven passive mixer, a problem came to me. because passive switch, the DC bias of lo has a strong relationship with linarity,an optimum point can get at one state but it changes to another with Temp& Process varys.
HOW TO SET THE DC_lo WHEN WANT GOOD LINEARITY?
any suggestion would be welcome! thankyou!

why do you think that the DC bias will affect the linearity of a passive mixer? the switches will go through a full swing. So, it should not matter for where do you bias it
