Hi.. What is advantage using Nmoscap in Nwell why not use Nmoscap in Pwell

Weird question .. I think the "Nmoscap in Nwell" you are referring to is an accumulation mode capacitor!

I think NCAP - PMOS FET with P+ S/D replaced with N+ diffusion, PCAP - NMOS FET with N+ S/D replaced with P+ diffusion.
NCAP is in DNW/Nwell and PCAP is in Pwell/Psub.
Do you mean what is the advantage of MOS cap over MOS FET as cap?

hi,
your cap varies monotonically with voltage,where as in case of nmos in pwell will give non-monotonic plot.

& what is the reson NMOScap body is a Nwell instead of Psubstrat .
