Hi, friends, Now I am working on the programmable divider, which is consist of 15/16 prescaler, P-counter(P=32) and S-counter(S=1~16). I don't know how to implement these blocks in transistor level.
May you give me some guidance or tutorials about this topic. I am serioulsy in need.
