Pnoise sims. for CDS SC integrator
Mar 12th, 2010, 2:37am

Hi,

I'm trying to simulate a SC integrator with correlated double sampling technique using Cadence SpectreRF. I used pss-pnoise simulations but I don't see any noise shaping from 0-fs/2 in the autozeroing phase as I would expect due to the PSD shaping function of CDS -- 2(1-cos2pifT). I tried both "sources" and "tdomain" pnoise.

Thanks.
