OK, contact Ken Martin at the University of Toronto - He probably can direct you to someone - Yes Toronto is not close by but its the best I can suggest.

Other options -  Do a search for mixed signal designers local to you, or push come to shove down in the Boston area.

There is probably someone near to Montreal, but thats what I can offer
