hello....
i am designing an RF mixer in 180nm CMOS technology...
is there any relation between overdrive voltage and intercept point and 1-dB compression point in mixers?
if so..please explain to me or suggest any paper.
thank you all.....

Hi,
I recommend a paper called "intermodulation distortion in current commutating CMOS mixers" by M. Terrovitis and R. G. Meyer, JSSC, October 2000.
cheers,
Aaron
