What is "cddbi" is op. report in Spectre??
Apr 01st, 2010, 8:28pm

Hello everyone,
I use Spectre Version 6.2.0.420. I found parameter "cddbi", "cbdbi" and "cbsbi" in the operating point report. what do they characterize?

And I have read the reply from Andrew about the map between 4.4 and 4.4.1 BSIM3V3 models in spectre. But I am still wonder the relationship between "lx33" in Hspice and capacitor parameters in Spectre?? According to my simulation, "cdd" is much less than "cdtot", but they both represent the dQd/dVd.

Thanks very much.

cdtot will include cgdo (gate-drain overlap capacitance) and cjd (body-drain junction capacitance).
