nonlinearity of cascode MOS straucture
Apr 15th, 2010, 11:15am

I got this interview question and am not sure what's the exact answer.
Could you give some suggestion? Thank you.

For the normal cascode CMOS structure, which contribute to more nonlinearity?

Non linearity of what?

Of bias in to current out?
Of output current as a function of voltage out?
Need to request clarification of the question.

Also, why don't you tell us what you thought the answer is, and will start from there.

Did the interviewer explain what they were looking for in your answer?
