Hi Guys,
I want to get the setup and hold time of a DFF over all PVT corners. Is there any easy method in ADE using spectre simulator?
Thanks

Hi Guys,
I recall that there is a tool named bi-section in HSPICE that is very useful to simulate setup/hold time of DFF. Is there any similar tool in spectre?
Thanks

Yawei,
Look at SpectreMDL, it should be able to do what you want.
Best Regards,
Sheldon
