parameter sweep / operating point
Sep 29th, 2010, 10:27pm

Hi,

I'm trying to sweep the width of a MOSFET and check the corresponding changes of a few node voltages and seems the command SWEEP can not be used with .op

My question is, is it possible to do so without any .DC .AC or transient analysis?

thanks,
Stephen

Use ".alter" statement with ".op" statement.

.alter gives you only one set of new simulation data, while putting a bunch of .alter command will surely do, just wonder if easier ways exist

Why not use .dc to sweep the parameter??
