low noise amplifier output buffer

iam using buffer at the output of LNA.my LNA IIP3 is 15dBm.but when the buffer is added over all IIP3 becomes -8dBm.I think it is due to buffer linearity.can any one tell me how to design high linear buffer

Hi Sureshnaidu,
Can you post a schematic of your buffer? Depending on what it is, it might be very simple to linearize the buffer.
