Hi Saam,

Please use correct name. cadence is not a foundry. There is not any technology named cadence 130nm technology.

Please use correct term. What is threshold leakage?

Please provide details, like transistor dimension, data, and plots if you expect helpful replies.  How much is the leakage current now? Any error/warning message when you simulate.

Best Regards,
Yawei
