Error using NPORT (Read 606 times)

Error using NPORT

Hi all,

I am trying to use nport to use for tabulated s-parameters with 8 ports. The file is in touchstone format. When I try to simulate I get the following error:

Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.
ERROR (SFE-874): "input.scs" 23: Unexpected keyword "options". Expected equals.

Is there a work-around for this problem?

I am using cadence 6.1.3 with mmsim version 6.2

Melbadry,

� It is not clear what the issue is from the post. If you check the
nport help, options is not mentioned. The message does not appear
to be related to the nport.

� � spectre -h nport | grep options

Could you post line #23 from your netlist?
