Spectre error
Apr 13th, 2011, 7:50pm

Hi,
i am getting this error while  running simulations using spectre.
I have included the model library.
Error found by spectre in `nhvtlpbc', during circuit read-in.
   "input.scs" 13: `nhvtlpbc' is being redefined.
Error found by spectre in `phvtlpbc', during circuit read-in.
   "input.scs" 20: `phvtlpbc' is being redefined.
In the netlist the error is in the line
subckt nhvtlpbc d s sub g tbody
ends nhvtlpbc
and similar for nmos device,

I am not sure what is causing the error, I have tried commenting out line 13 and 20 to see if the error goes, but it doesn't.
Any help in this ?

I am running virtuoso 5.1.4.1.
Thanks,

Greetings,

First guess, look in the include files, is there another subckt/model
defined with the same name?

                                                                Best Regards,
