Noise Figure vs. Frequency

I simulated a BJT and I noticed that the NFmin increases with increase of the operating frequency. Can somebody describe this effect ? Whats the reason ? Thanks.

Chris2312,

I believe you are observing a diminishing current gain at higher frequencies in the presence of a constant (or diminishing at a different rate) output shot noise.
