Dear all,

I am a student of VLSI and new to Analog Design.

I am interested to design a VCO, and is looking forward for guidance in this regard.

Take a large block of silicon...
Cut away anything that doesn't look like a VCO...

Suggest you start by doing some basic research.

hello,
better read razavi analog design book. It has very good starting on VCO. In fact you can use those ring oscillators in your real time design

Thanks,
raj.
