Step-by-step basic MOS Differential Pair Design
Feb 08th, 2012, 5:33pm

Hi everybody:

I need to design a differential pair amplifier with specifications in Gain, BandWidth and Slew Rate. This differential pair most have an active load, which is a current mirror.  I just starting in the Design field, so I have no experience on it (I mean on Integrated circuit design).

So, I need something like a tutorial on how to design this class of circuit, in a particular technology, like ON-semi, AMS, or something like that.

Please, help me. I really need this information.

Thanks in advance,

lachiviza.

Visit the Books page on this site for information about the classic analog design books.
