Hi,

I have a fairly large RF design with hundreds of transistors (BJT and FET) being simulated in Cadence using Spectre. I was attempting to use the parameter check function using the following statement in a range.lmts Spectre file.

model mos_example nmos alarm=triode

in order to perform a broad check of which devices are in which stages of operation. I'm not sure how this works or how this is made to work. Could anyone with experience in this please share any information on how to set this up, perhaps with a simple example?
