ADS convergence problems

Hello, I am implementing a new finfet model based on veriloga in ICCAP, using ADS simulator. Is there anyway to handel convergence problems?.

Are you authoring the model? Or implementing someone else's?
What sort of convergence problems are you having -- dc and/or time=0, or in the middle of a transient?
Strong nonlinearities or discontinuous equations are common culprits.
