description of parameters for Transient noise simulation

I am new to using spectreRF for transient noise simulations.  Where would I find a description of the parameters such as Noise Fmax, Noise Fmin, Noise Seed, Noise Scale, Noise Tmin, etc.?

Quickest way is to use the command line help feature of spectre.

spectre -h tran

The full Cadence documentation should be available through your installation of Cadence, but digging to get the correct document can be daunting.
