simple track and hold

hello,
i simulate this circuit in spectre with input freq=100k and sampling frequency of 100Msps ,taking fft from the output of switch(vi1-vi2) shows that the resolution is good but when change the input freq to 10M the output have low rwsulotion i reduce the rc time of circuit(switch close res=1mohm c=10f) but the result dont chnge what is the problem? Huh
thanks
Medya.

What does your tran analysis statement look like?  Some simulators set the timestep based on a fraction of the full transient time, so if you didn't make the full transient shorter when you increased the frequency, you wouldn't get small enough time steps.
