Dear all,

1. Can any one tell me what is local monte and global monte? While designing comparator, i have simulated monte carlo for all corners simulations for all corners and reported worst offset as the final result. Is this global or local monte.
2. while estimating from mismatch coeficients (AVT and ABETA) will be related to this local or global monte.
3. Mismatch coeficents are getting better with scaling but why mismatch really horrible at smaller node technology (is mismatch coeficents are still valid??)
