psfbinf format in cadence plot problem

Hi,
I am using the output save option as the attached picture shows.
but when the simulation finishes, the waveform can't be plotted.
anyone know what's the problem?  i will attach the error displayed at the CIW window next(i dont know how to attach two pictures at the same time)
