how the low frequency noise generated?

when testing my power ic, i have found a low frequency noise at clock output (noise at
1hz or lower
), but there is no circuit module working at so low frequency. and can it be flicker noise (opamp or comparator)?
thanks.

what is your circuit, i guess main source for this component is inter-modulation. If it is because of flicker noise, you should see low band spectrum rather a spur at 1HZ. Describe more abut the problem.
Thanks,
Raj.
