Hello,

I am looking for information describing what diode models are supported in Spectre. I have to create a hetrojunction diode model whose behavior is not captured by a pn junction diode model commonly used in spectre. I don't have access to spectre so I am primarily interested in paper references so I can come up with model parameters.
