TIQ ADC

I have designed a 5-bit TIQ ADC in cadence spectra which shows the functional correctness but dont know how to find sampling speed of TIQ ADC.can any one tell me the procedure to find this.It is urgent.....

What does TIQ stand for?

[edit: found it, threshold inverter quantization... basically using inverters as comparators... can't think of any tricks for speed determination other than pure simulation of time to switch and refresh]
