how to plot freq value against corners in cadence 6?
Aug 16th, 2013, 5:04am

Hello,

After running trimmed corners simulations with a variable of let's say pIbias, I would like to plot the final frequency of a trimmed oscillator with the following expression:
value(freq(vt("/out") "rising" ?xName "time" ?mode "auto" ?threshold 0.0) 20u)
cadence 6 (adexl) shows me then a graph of the final frequency value against pIbias Smiley
Of course, this is completely not needed in my analysis because I need a raw vector data to calculate temp drift in xls afterwards.
How to get this from cadence 6? In cadence 5 it was by default set, that the value function will output an array/vector.

thanks for your help.
