Fmin in cascode LNA.
Dec 14th, 2013, 11:32pm

Hi,
I am trying to find the formula Fmin for cascode LNA. My proof is based on the book "The Design of CMOS Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits" by  Thomas H. Lee . My result is wrong as it depends on Ls while in some papers they said that Fmin is affected by Ls. Could you help me check my work? I can't figure out where I am wrong. Thanks.

Could you help me check the input-refered voltage and current? That is where I am not sure.

Well, I know it is not easy to follow but could you please tell me about the part input-refered noise (current and voltage noise sources)?
