hey there..
i am new to this forum and to research area... need tips to model and analyse an rf cmos sub harmonic mixer...
i mean how i can calculate various parameters of a mixer Smiley Smiley Smiley

Hi,


your post is way too general. I'm sure people will be happy to help when you have some specific questions. Apart from books, there are a couple of papers by Manolis Terrovitis worth reading. I think one is "noise is current-commutating mixers" and the other is "intermodulation in current-commutating mixers". Something like that anyway...they should be easy to find.
