Where is this BGR principle diagram from?

Hi folks,

This diagrams pops up everywhere, almost everyone would use this one when it comes to the principle of BGR. Do you know where is this diagram from, cause I wanna use it also, thank you in advance.

The diagram you showed is adapted from Figure 4.44 (pg. 318) of the Fourth Edition of "Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits" by Gray, Hurst, Lewis, and Meyer
