Hi everyone,

I have designed a circuit operating in the millimeter wave frequency and de-embedding is very important in this case because of pad parasitics at these frequencies. Could anyone explain to me how to design these pads and the connection from the pads to the input and output ports of my circuit while taken into consideration the de-embedding of the effect of this external fixtures (the pads and the tline connecting them to the DUT).

Any reference would also be appreciated.
