how to selectively run monte carlo on a subcircuit block in Hspice
Jul 31st, 2014, 7:18pm

For a large circuit consisting of several subcircuits, if I want to see which subcircuit is most sensitive to process variation, which means variation of the subcircuit has the most contrition to the overall variation on top level, is there a way to run hspice on the top level and monte carlo for a single subcircuit at the same time?  This way I think I can break down the contribution from each subcircuit.

Thanks!
