Parameter sweep in transient simulation.
Sep 13th, 2014, 6:05am

Hi,

I want to do a DC voltage sweep in the transient simulation. For example, at 200us in the transient simulation, I want to do a DC voltage sweep from 100mV to 1.8V. I don't know how to do it in Spectre. That means the parameter sweep only operates at 200us, and other time points in the transient simulation will not do the sweep.
I try to set "infotimes", but it will sweep the parameter from the beginning of transient simulation, that will take too much time.
Any tips to do this simulation?
   Thank you.

Create a ramp source using Veriloog-A.

Hi Ken,

Thank you very much, that's a good idea.
