I need some material that shows how to convert prbs7 to prbs31 in a way of PLL. Please share any material you have. Thanks

Pseudorandom binary sequence-psbr, it basically generates sequence of random bits. Psbr7 means, in a square wave, for instance clock signal, after 7 continuous 0 or 1, there is one transition from 0 to 1 or 1 to 0.
