CDR based SATA

Hello Everyone,

Right now I am pursuing masters in Analog & Mixed Signals. I am going to work on Serial ATA(SATA) connection for motherboards. I have to make it work at 6 Gb/s by working on CDR(clock-data recovery circuit) of SATA. I need all possible references. Need help !

You can learn a lot of what you need to know via course notes.  I highly recommend the notes on Broadband Communications ICs but Michael Green of UC Irvine.  You can get them here:
