Downconversion RF Mixer Design in Hspice
Feb 19th, 2015, 12:02am

hello all,
I'm designing a downconversion mixer in Mentorgraphics tool for 2.4 GHZ application.
To optimize the design i want to do MonteCarlo simulation in Hspice.
Can anyone help me finding IP3 and other parameters of mixer in HSPICE.
or .measure statement to find IP3 of mixer in hspice.?

IP3 is tricky to get accurately from a regular simulator; do you have access to HSPICE-RF (or Spectre-RF)?
