Really want to get some suggestions on analog IC design

As a new master student majored in communication engineering(physical layer) graduated from school right now, I enter into an IC design company. As a freshman in this completely new area, I really want to get several suggestions on the learning of analog IC design.

Which book should I read?
What kind of skill should I pay much attention on?
What's the most efficient and fast method to getting started in this area?

I'm just confused, really hope for your advices and suggestions.

Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits by Razavi
(can skip the later half of the feedback section)

Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits by GHLM

This site also has sections on what books to use (books on the right side of the toolbar).

The skill you should pay attention to is that you really care about how circuits work. It is easy to copy a circuit and get it to work, to understand is where all the fun is.

I don't believe there is a fast method to get into this area besides getting inspired or really like it. Then everything doesn't seem like work, but just fun and play. You will read everything, try things out, and then try to understand why the circuit behaved differently. When you figure out why, you might even chuckle. The mistakes are where you really learn.

For analog layout engineer (not RF one), is there any procedures or suggestions to get start?
