native Vt device (NMOS only) is a type of device with near zero Vth. You can apply any voltage to this device as long as it is not stressed.
Based on your discussion context, I suggest not to dig into 2kT/q details. Leave it for the future when you are more familiar with devices.

Does it mean that is the minimum voltage power supply so the transistor is in saturation and voltage gain Av = 1?
Could you suggest some proof for that?
