What’s the exact Internal impedance values of vdc and idc of analogLib in Cadence Virtuoso Design Environment...?

Aren't they ideal sources like in Spice?  If not, then I would expect somewhere on the CDF there's be a parameter to set the impedances.

Yes, there are ideal sources like in Spice. If you want to specify any explicit value you can...
