I am wondering if there is a behavioral model for inverter or transistor with basic parameters (not complicated parameters) like vin dependent resistance of inverter or like with basic MOS parameters that models IV curve uploaded on this website. I want this running simulations for analog circuits I was looking at this https://designers-guide.org/verilog-ams/index.html but the MOS models seems more complicated and inverter model is very simple.
