Hi all,

I am looking out (at work) for the following for VGA and CTLE blocks for use in a 112G-XSR SerDes for upto 10dB channel loss at 28 GHz supporting a few Gbps NRZ all the way to 112Gbps PAM4.

1. VGA gain range
2. CTLE peaking at LF, MF and HF

Please input if you any of have some reasonable numbers for these already or a kind of Matlab program that could help arrive at these.
