I'm looking to make a career change and want to get into/learn SERDES design. Can anyone suggest some good learning references / courses / any suggestions for ramping up in this area?

I've recently made the switch to SERDES so here's some of the resources I found useful:

Tough read as its super focused at a low level, but worth having as I've found solutions in it that I couldn't anywhere online.
