Hello!
I'm looking for some literature about direct phase noise
measurements with spectrum analyzers.
Are there any application notes, technical papers, guides, etc. available in the net? If yes, where?

You should check your desired hardware vendors (agilent for example) for their application notes on spectrum analyzers, there you should find the description you need.
