i am a new user.
can anybody tell me how to design a prescaler for synthesizer ( i.e 8/9,32/33). i mean is their any standard procedure for design and analysis. righ now i am using standard 2/3 block and remaining asynchronous blocks.

can anybody suggest standard book related to this.
